Indoor dome training will be most Saturdays/Sundays from 11am-4:30pm beginning November  and running through April . Each team will have a 1-hour time slot within the time frame Full schedule here: Winter Training

The TCO Sports Garden is located at 1490 Co Rd E East, Vadnais Heights, MN 55110

. Training starts promptly at the scheduled time so please plan accordingly. Parking can be a challenge depending on the events scheduled.

All players should bring/wear full soccer gear, dress in layers, and bring drinking water and a properly inflated ball to every indoor training session. U9-U12 age groups use a size 4 ball, U13+ use a size 5 ball.
